Mr. Ma Kefu, a Red Second Generation member, served as the team doctor for several national sports teams in China. He was later dispatched by the United Nations to Papua New Guinea, where he made remarkable contributions to the country’s sports industry for over thirty years,  and was awarded the highest honor for his service.
