At the Runcorn Tavern, 75 individuals from 30 different countries took the oath to become the newest Australian citizens. The ceremony was graciously hosted by the Sunnybank Rotary Club.

On August 23, 2023, “Voice For Victims” held its first rally demanding tougher action on youth crime. Several hundreds attended the rally. The crowd marched on the parliament. We recorded the event and interviewed a number of participants including Ben Cannon, the organiser.

Meet Dorothy, a nurse who fell in love with a Chinese doctor many years ago. For four decades, she has tirelessly worked for the Rockhampton Chinese Association, making outstanding contributions to the promotion and development of Chinese culture in the local community.
